Decent products, slow shipping

I grabbed the Vitamin C 10% Serum and their Alpha Arbutin 2% + Hyaluronic Acid from their site. Was hoping to see some big savings, and while the prices were okay, I didn't find any huge discounts when I ordered. The products themselves seem alright, nothing groundbreaking, but they feel nice on the skin. My main gripe was the shipping; it took almost a week and a half to get here, which felt a bit long. I mean, it arrived eventually, but I was kind of hoping for it sooner. For the cost, it's pretty good, but I might look around for quicker delivery next time.

Smooth order, good support

My first time ordering from Beminimalist, and I was pretty impressed. I bought the Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion and the SPF 60 Sunscreen. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and simple, no confusing steps. Delivery was quicker than I expected, it arrived in about 5 days, which is good for a cross-country shipment. I did have a question about the retinoid, so I used their chat support, and the person was really helpful and answered all my concerns clearly. The product quality seems excellent; the retinoid doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, and the sunscreen isn't greasy. It's a solid experience all around, they seem to know what they're doing.

Good value, works well

I was looking for some new skincare stuff and decided to try Beminimalist. I got the Salicylic Acid 2% Face Cleanser and the Niacinamide 10% Serum. The prices were really good, especially compared to some other brands I've seen. Shipping was pretty fast too, took about 4 days to get to me in California. So far, the products are working nicely; my skin feels clearer. Definitely worth it for the price.

Has anyone tried to return something? Wondering how much of a hassle it is if I end up not liking a product.

K Kevin Torres 1 month ago
Yeah, returns were pretty easy for me last month. Just had to email them and they sorted it out. No drama.

I haven't returned anything myself, but I've heard from others that their process is pretty straightforward. As long as you're within their window, it should be fine.

Hey guys, thinking of trying the Vitamin C serum. Does it actually work or is it just another dud? Also, how does it compare to The Ordinary's version?

E Elena Brooks 3 weeks ago
I've been using their Vitamin C for about a month now, and my skin definitely looks brighter. I used The Ordinary's before, and I actually prefer Minimalist's texture, less sticky for me.

Yeah, I think it's pretty good! My friend swears by it. For the price, you can't really go wrong. Heard good things about their Niacinamide too.

I'm a student, do they have any special discounts? Trying to save some cash where I can.

K Kevin 1 month ago
Yep! I got a student discount when I signed up. I think you just have to verify your student status through their portal.

They do! Check their site for the details, I think it's usually around 10-15% off. Worth doing if you're still in school.

Any word on upcoming sales? Don't want to buy a bunch of stuff now if there's a big discount coming up next month.

A Alex 3 weeks ago
They usually have sales around major holidays, especially like Black Friday or End of Year type deals. If you're not in a rush, it might be worth waiting.

Sign up for their newsletter! That's how I usually hear about their sales first. They also sometimes do bundle deals that are pretty good.

Are these products actually legit? Like, I see some good prices, but is it just a bunch of fancy marketing or do the ingredients actually do what they say?

E Elena 1 month ago
They're pretty transparent with their ingredient lists and percentages, which I like. I've seen a lot of reviews online that back up their claims.

I think they're considered a science-backed brand. They list everything out and the active percentages. I've had good results with their Salicylic cleanser and the Glycolic acid.

What's the deal with shipping times? I'm in New York and need some stuff kinda fast, trying to figure out if I should just buy it from a local store if it takes forever.

S Shane 1 month ago
Hmm, for the US store it's usually pretty quick, I think they say 5-7 business days but sometimes it's faster. My last order got here in like 4 days to California.

Yeah, I'd say plan for a week just to be safe. It's not Amazon fast, but it's not like waiting for international shipping either.
